    Training going ok.. This is the 3 window this guy has cleaned today. not to bad.. he can almost fan.. Needs serious scraper work though!

    Great Vid - if that guys never cleaned a window before, he's doing well.
    Do you show them ladder basics? Or do you just throw them the ladder & say "show me" - and then correct them after?
