This place offers a cheap and easy build your own web hosting. They claim $5 a month for your site and they have templates already made up you just add the info.

That looks like a pretty decent deal. You may want to check out square space before you pull the trigger. Same concept.. Just a bit more advanced. Im probably gonna build a couple of sites over there soon.
