Not only does their price suck so does their know how on how to do the job.

If they are not using chemical then my guess is they are blasting the siding with lots of pressure. Not good or smart. I just ignor fools like that. They never last.

with all thoses extras that looks like a 5-6 hour job! Not at that price!

If it makes you feel better I woke up to an email from a potential customer that's been trying to haggle with me. She wants me to match or beat 25 cents per square foot to wash her windows.

That's not your competition and his customers had better not be your customers.
I hope you're marketing to people who will put this guy on the road.

I feel your pain man. What is the the site? Does it look like he has been in business for a while. I can't imagine doing that that work for that price and being around long. I also can't imagine using only Simple Green "if required".
