So far theres 8 relies saying they sell their own work....Why?
How many owner's of big companies still sell? I bet not many.....

Because, I am a one-man operation. I have no desire to own a "big company" at this point.

I am currently drawing up a system for
a sales rep commissioned based only.

I am plan on paying a new client
commission and a renewal commission.

Does anyone have any experience
with commission only sales reps?

I am eager to hear everyone's thoughts.

Just getting started in my business, so it's me for the moment. However I do have plans to bring on trained reps to bid jobs, canvas, and help get new business. Anyone care to share success stories in doing so?
