I just swapped to peachtree. you will have to take the time to learn it for it to be effective. If you get the peachtree PRO you can customize your invoices and other documents. I found the Peachtree Pro 2010 on amazon for $4.74 plus shipping. Don't get the starter edition, it wont let you customize the forms. when you start making more money you can upgrade to a high version.
Thanks for the replies!!!
ive read a lot about what other people use and it seems that alot of people use quickbooks but to me it seems just like a accounting program i can be wrong though because i havnt used it. but im looking for a software that puts everything in one package. i.e scheduling, invoices, scheduling, scheduled routes, accounting, and even a job estimator. im using the samsung series 7 tablet so i can walk through and input data when estimating a job and have paper work on hand digitally. trying to go paperless if possible. i will look into quickbooks and i have downloaded a few templates for excel. hopefully somebody has found a wonderful program that works just like i posted.
but once again thank you guys for your reply im just starting off and im willing to learn from the veterans out there. so im keeping an open mind and hope to hear more from you guys.
Look at customer factor.
